PAYMENTS DISCLOSURE POLICY
Booking & Purchase Policy
At Infinite Heart Productions, every experience is thoughtfully created to support creativity, connection, healing, and community. Whether you’re booking a wellness session, photography experience, creative workshop, event, course, or private offering, your reservation allows us to dedicate time, preparation, and resources specifically for you.
Payment & Reservations
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Your payment reserves your space, secures any required materials or supplies, and allows us to prepare your personalized experience.
All purchases are considered final and are non-refundable.
Wellness Sessions, Photography Sessions & Private Experiences
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.
With proper notice:
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
- Your payment may be transferred to a future session of equal or lesser value.
- Rescheduled appointments should be used within 30 days, unless otherwise approved.
Please note:
- If you choose an experience with a higher value, the price difference will apply.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your payment.
- No-shows are considered completed appointments and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Workshops, Classes & Creative Experiences
Many of our workshops and creative experiences require advance planning, limited seating, and the purchase of supplies.
If you cannot attend:
- Registrations are non-refundable.
- When possible and with advance notice, we may transfer your registration to another available date or issue a one-time credit toward a future Infinite Heart Productions experience. Transfers and credits are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Multi-Week Programs
Our multi-session offerings are designed as complete experiences, with each session building upon the previous one.
Because your space is reserved for the duration of the program:
- Program tuition is non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
- If scheduling permits, we may offer a make-up session or alternative option at our discretion, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Photography Sessions
Photography session fees reserve your scheduled date and time and include preparation before your session begins.
If weather or unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling for an outdoor session, we will work with you to select a new date.
Digital Products
All digital courses, guides, downloads, recordings, and educational materials are final sale.
Because access is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, or credits cannot be offered.
Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated on the individual event page, tickets for festivals, community gatherings, workshops, and special events are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred only if the specific event allows transfers.
Agreement
By booking an experience or making a purchase with Infinite Heart Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Purchase Policy.
