7-Week Journey > A deeper, immersive experience focused on one chakra each week. After booking your discovery call, we’ll connect to discuss your intentions and schedule your seven weekly sessions.
Designed for individuals or small groups of up to 8 participants. Experiences are held at The Soul Lift Studio. Off-site experiences may be available; travel fees may apply.

One-Day Experience
A condensed version of Painting Through the Chakras, where we’ll spend approximately 3 hours together exploring all seven chakra energy centers. We’ll briefly learn about the purpose and meaning of each chakra before expressing them through an intuitive & creative painting session.
7-Week Journey
A deeper, more immersive version of Painting Through the Chakras. Each week, we’ll focus on one chakra energy center, exploring its meaning, emotional and physical connections, signs of balance and imbalance, and practices to restore harmony through guided learning and creative intuitive painting.
